3. What we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. Two situations:
- If you email us at hello@siamnco.com, we keep that conversation (email content, your address) to reply and follow up on a potential project. Retention: 3 years from last contact.
- If you accept the analytics cookie, we record anonymous page views and clicks via PostHog (US-hosted, us.i.posthog.com — PostHog Inc., USA). This involves a transfer of data outside the EU; PostHog is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. No ads, no cross-site tracking, no sharing with third parties beyond PostHog.
We do not collect health data, payment information, or any special-category data on this site.
5. Your rights (GDPR / Thai PDPA)
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you. You can also object to processing or withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, email hello@siamnco.com. We reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority (CNIL in France, PDPC in Thailand).

All content on this site (text, images, code, identity) is owned by Siam&co or used with permission. You may not reuse it commercially without written consent.
