Who we are

Siam&co is an independent digital studio operating between Bangkok (Thailand) and Paris (France). For anything related to your data, write to hello@siamnco.com.

What we collect

Contact form: name, email, and optionally phone, company, project type, budget range, timeline and your message.
Analytics: a single first-party analytics cookie (PostHog, US-hosted) that tells us which pages help and which don't. No ads, no cross-site profiling, no third-party sharing.
Emails: if you write to us directly, we keep the correspondence.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
To understand which pages and content are useful, in aggregate.
To meet legal and accounting obligations when you become a client.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Resend (email infrastructure provider). Analytics events are processed by PostHog in the United States. We do not sell data to anyone, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless you become a client (in which case records are kept for the legal retention period). You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@siamnco.com and we'll act within 30 days. You can also decline the analytics cookie in the banner — the site works exactly the same.
