Scope of services

Siam&co designs, builds and grows digital products: websites, web and mobile apps, SaaS platforms, e-commerce, SEO and paid acquisition. Each engagement is defined by a written quotation or proposal describing scope, deliverables, price and timeline. Only what is written in the accepted quotation is in scope.

Quotes & payment

• Fixed-price projects: typically 50% deposit to start, 50% at launch, unless the quotation says otherwise.
• Monthly retainers (e.g. SEO, ads): billed monthly in advance, rolling, cancellable with 30 days written notice.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days. Third-party costs (ad spend, paid tools, licences) are only incurred with your prior approval.

Ownership

Once fully paid, the deliverables are yours: code, design files, content, accounts and data. No lock-in, no proprietary black boxes. We may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Client responsibilities

• Provide content, access and feedback within reasonable time so the schedule holds.
• Ensure you have the rights to any material you give us (logos, photos, text).
• Review and approve deliverables at the agreed milestones.

No guarantee of specific results

Marketing outcomes depend on competition, market conditions, website history and collaboration. We commit to the work, the method and honest reporting — not to specific rankings, traffic levels or numbers of leads.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, data loss caused by third parties, downtime of external providers).
